一年半以上ぶりの情報

一年半ずっと情報もなく、もちろん商品も来ていません。2022年11月1日に久しぶりに以下の連絡が来ました。

内容は、出荷はすべて終わっていると。。問題がある人は連絡するようにとのことだったので、すぐに連絡しましたが、一か月以上連絡はありません。

Since all the orders have been shipped out, now we want to see if you have any problems or feedback with the product after using it for a year. You can leave the feedback on the FORM. Then if anyone has not received the product, please leave a message on this FORM too, and we will have a new staff contact you. (Because for a period of time we did not have customer service staff, so now if you have any questions, you can submit them on the form to tell us)
